We are going to start off the year with a bang! – ASEAN style – with OWEEK. We have a stall set up at each of our three campuses for new members to sign up, so don’t hesitate to stop by, meet our friendly committee and pick up a cool showbag packed with freebies and cool offers that we know you’ll enjoy.

Join us next at Clayton on the 18th of March for our Campus Competition Day where we’ll have fun contests, awesome prizes and a free BBQ.

However, this is only a lead up to our Annual Camp – BOOTCAMP! Where you must “go hard, or go home!” Camp is a great opportunity to get away with your friends, make new ones of course, and experience uni life to the fullest! Tickets sell out fast for camp so grab them while you still can.

Last of all, you cannot forget our highly anticipated ball, filled with glamour and fun – a night not to be missed. Details will be coming out soon…

The ASEAN team is looking forward to the New Year and we hope to see you guys around uni and especially at our events!

Events Update
03 May 2008 by Asean

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to update you on the progress of Asean Events.

The Annual Asean Ball is in less than a weeks time! If you haven't got a ticket to the Ball! Then i feel sorry for you because you're missing out! Nevertheless entry to the afterparty (@ BLVD) will be only $10 at the door. But make sure you get in before the ball patrons do or you'll have no chance of entry!

The Ball is gonna be fantastic so get hyped, make sure you check the weather, bring extra shoes if you want comfort after the ball. Get your hair, shoes, dresses, suits ready cause next Thursday is going to be a night to remember!

Following the Ball will be the annual WOK match between Asean and Aa. It's always a fierce battle and it should be tight and close in this year's AFL match. The Location is to be confirmed but more details will come your way.

Currently we have WOK Trainings on Thursday Nights with the Elgar Park Dragons in Box Hill. It's going really well and if you have any interest in joining the WOK team do make your way down to Box Hill on Thursdays. Teams will be selected a week after the Ball. So make sure you're down there on Sunday May 25th!

That's all from me, so i hope to see you all this Thursday at the Asean Annual Ball 2008 - Winter Solstice!
